Team and editorial responsibility

All team members will be listed under their real names. We do not use pseudonyms.

How we are organized

• Owner and Publisher: Coming soon (business, legal and financial matters; role in editorial decisions: Coming soon)
• Editor-in-Chief: Coming soon (final responsibility for every published fact check, rating and correction)
• Editors and fact-checkers: Coming soon (research, drafting, second-person review)

• Language reviewers: Coming soon (check every translated version before publication)

• Who exercises editorial control: the Editor-in-Chief decides which claims we check, approves every rating and every correction, and can stop publication of any piece.

• Review: every fact check is reviewed by a second person before publication.
• Bylines: Coming soon
• Tools: we use software, including AI tools, for monitoring, translation and drafting support. A named human editor approves everything we publish.
